THESIS EXHIBITION COORDINATOR ROLES
Benton Exhibition Coordinator:
● Communicate with Amanda Douberly, MFA Studio Art liaison, and Michael Toomey
regarding logistics for Benton Exhibition installation and deinstallation.
● Develop a plan for exhibition space usage and coordinate needed technology for
exhibition with input from the whole cohort.
● Coordinate submission of materials requested by the Benton

Graphic Design Coordinator:
● Develop visual identity (color scheme, fonts, graphics) for the exhibition with input from
the whole cohort
● Develop graphic(s) to be used for digital promotion and online exhibition on DMD
website and Benton website and for live virtual event

Writing Coordinator:
● Coordinate writing of group exhibition statement and press release with input from the
whole cohort
● Lead in writing email and online promotion written content with input from the cohort.

Promotion Coordinator:
● Coordinate choice of title for exhibition.
● Develop promotion plan for online exhibition, physical exhibition, and live virtual event
with input from the whole cohort, and execute promotion plan. This can involve DMD
social media, DMD and SFA email blasts, daily digest, UConn Today article, and other
concepts for promotion.
