Early in Spring Semester: Each cohort meets with Amanda and Kerry to discuss allocation of space, preliminary plans, and tech needs
February/March: One-on-one meetings with Amanda and Kerry to discuss gallery furniture and troubleshoot installation plans, if needed

DUE to Benton: Graphic design identity from each cohort [Benton graphic design team will incorporate colors, fonts, and other design elements into exhibition banner that appears on building and website]
March 8
DUE to Benton: Incoming Object Receipt from each artist
DUE to Benton: Press image with title/date/medium from each artist
DUE to Benton: Exhibition title for Benton website update from each cohort

Last day for temporary walls to be moved – must be completed before work arrives at the museum
